Our Business Postioning Programme is aimed at our Silver or Gold level members who want to become a Gold level member or reinforce their Gold membership status. Our Programme is designed to build and develop the business further to one that is: attractive to purchasers; capable of acquiring others or in a great position to merge for greater scale or possible floatation. Over many years we have fine-tuned this process into just five developmental steps to be implemented usually within a 12 month period. This saves reinventing the wheel and sometimes never actually getting there. So, in short, this Programme gets on with making your business happen.
You and your business team will be assigned a BIG Tiger Coach who will oversee the programme and a BIG Specialist who will deliver the programme. If they have not met before, all parties will initially meet for a half day introductory workshop and arrange meeting dates for the next 12 months. The programme follows our five step growth process and after each stage there will be a number of actions to complete in your business for discussion and review at the next session.
On successfull completion of the programme you will be awarded the Gold level membership and add to your BIG Profile.
The considerable resource of BIG can be utilised at any stage to help assist, such as one-to-one coaching, workshops and evaluation input from our other Specialists and Tiger Coaches. The steps are illustrated above and summarised below:
Gold 1 - Strategy
Awareness of the potential that can be released by creating new patterns of collaboration is a distinguishing feature of those who are able to inspire others to exceptional levels of individual and collective achievement involved in the business. This module explores combinations of individuality and business association. You already have a strategy but is it the best one? You will come out of this module with a fresh sense of what could be achieved and create exciting new possibilities

The programme builds on an already substantial business. The market place is always changing and it is time to take advantage of new opportunities by re-energising the existing dynamics and skills to re-create the business.
On completion a Tiger Coach will sign off the Business Strategy with you.
Gold 2 - Forensics
A capacity to explore and push boundaries (rather than simply absorbing and adapting to existing conditions) is a distinguishing feature of how catalysts, entrepreneurs, innovators and inspirers operate. We will crawl over the strategy for robustness and pull it together into a plan.

A robust plan is the foundation providing the way forward. A good plan is seldom wrong so by working the plan keeps resources and drives in the right place and is easily measured at any time. The culture becomes very exciting because you are on track, you know where you are going. We aim for you to leave here with that plan.
Gold 3 - Planning
You use verbal fluency in various ways to enlist /motivate other people’s attention and energies to come together, turn the plan into reality and make things happen. This module with clear strategies for how you can sign off the plan for the business to implement in a fluent efficient process is both exciting and challenging.

You have gone through the plan framework and have worked out the starting position, working the plan and how measurement will take place. Resources are in place and you are now going to make it happen.
Gold 4 - Implementation
We show you here to have the presence of mind and personal presence which engages the attention, interest and commitment of others to implement a sea change to radically make a plan happen into tangible results. This module covers the ‘fluid presence’ recognising, interpreting and continually sticking to the plan without distractions from complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity.

“The enemy is within” - almost without exception always ends up a crucial issue. We cover this by making sure the business culture understands automatically so focus is on succeeding.
Your accounting is slick and timely, and steps one to four are embedded in the business. You are in a strong position to sell, merge, acquire or you just have a good team insitu so you can reap some reward for your hard work in building a successful business.
Gold 5 - Positioning
This module is to help you to cultivate that capacity for reflection-in-action as well as reflection-on-action which will enable you to extend the scope and impact of minds at work. You will come away from this module with disciplines that will assist you to develop that most elusive of capabilities in your business of well-balanced judgement, and practices that will increase the value and position of your business.
